The petitioner seeks bail in Bishanpur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414, 467 and 468/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged in the written report that Motorcycle has been recovered from possession of the petitioner, but the seizure list does not bear signature of the petitioner. In the seizure list it is mentioned that Motorcycle has been recovered from near Mustafapur at Ekmi Bypass road.

Petitioner is in custody since 10.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let

Case No. 62 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioner.
