Patna High Court LPA No.1609 of 2013 dt.03-03-2017 2/2 it appears that the Learned Single Judge in totality of circumstances had already given opening to the appellant to pursue the matter by responding to the District Education Establishment Committee. That is adequate opportunity and safeguard for the interest of the appellant.
