The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case No. 271 of 2022 for the offence registered under Sections 363, 366(A), 34 and 354 of the Indian Penal Code.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45777 of 2022(2) dt.02-01-2023 2/3 As per the prosecution story, the informant has alleged that her minor daughter who went to the college for her I.A. Examination was taken away by the petitioner, Satyam Soni and some other accused persons and she feared that they may do something wrong with her. Subsequently, the victim girl was recovered and as per the observation of the learned Sessions Judge, she has specially explained the act of the petitioner, Satyam Soni.

In the aforesaid circumstances, so far as the petitioner, Satyam Soni in Cr. Misc. No. 45777 of 2022 is concerned, his anticipatory bail application is rejected.

So far as the other accused namely, Anshu Kumar of Cr. Misc. No. 49895 of 2022 is concerned, he has been alleged to be an associate of the said Satyam Soni with nothing specific alleged by victim girl, his anticipatory bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, Anshu Kumar of Criminal Misc. NO. 49895 of 2022, in the event of his arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur in connection with Muzaffarpur Sadar P.S. Case
