2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 427, 354, 379, 308, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per F.I.R., all the F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners assaulted the informant and his family members, due to which, they sustained injuries. It is further alleged that they snatched gold chain from informant's sister and also threatened to kill.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that both parties are Gotiyas and due to land dispute, a simple Maarpeet took place, in which, both sides sustained injuries. There is case and counter case. Allegation of assault is general & omnibus and no specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners.
5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Gaya in connection with Mahkar P.S. Case No. 69 of 2024, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
