Resolution 4 indicates that the Syndicate has decided to demand an affidavit from the concerned Principal of the affiliated college whether they have any objections etc. with regard to the donor members.

The learned senior counsel representing the petitioners informs the Court that the needful will be done before the University authority, namely, the Registrar and the affidavit will be filed within ten days from today.

The University authorities are directed to take a decision thereafter preferably within a period of ten weeks of filing of
