JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 08-12-2015 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioners are driver and khalasi respectively and it is alleged that 50,000 and odd bottles of liquor were loaded on the truck of the petitioners but in course of checking some shortage was found.

Contention on behalf of the petitioners is that the agent of license holder got loaded the bottles of liquor which were found on the truck by the police officials and as a matter of fact some bottles had been kept by the aforesaid agent for transporting on some another vehicle.

No.54499 of 2015 (2) dt.08-12-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M. Saran at Chapra in Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 243 of 2015.
