Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State through Video Conferencing. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 34 of 2020, registered under Sections 307, 323, 341, 354, 379, 447 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is that Dibu Khatoon, sister of the complainant, Md. Pyare, was going to take water from hand pump situated at the door of his elder sister, Shahnaj. At that

On raising alarm, complainant, his sister and other family members reached there then Md. Rahmat Karim (petitioner) and Md. Saddam tried to outrage the modesty. When the complainant made protest then he was assaulted by Md. Rahmat Karim (petitioner) through lathi causing injury at his head and Md. Chand snatched cash of Rs.30,000/- from his pocket. Thereafter, his elder sister and father reached to save him then they were also assaulted. At that time, Nagina Khtoon snatched the ear ring from his elder sister and Tilkis Khatoon also snatched the ear ring from her sister Dibu Khatoon.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner and the complainant are next door neighbour and due to petty dispute, hot talk was exchanged but with ulterior motive, the present case has been lodged with false allegation. Further submission is that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like
