The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Kashichak P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 30/34 (b)(i) of the Bihar Prohibition Excise Act, 2016. The informant alleged that his father was always consuming liquor in the house of Birendra Chaudhary and he died. The informant further alleged that in many houses country made liquor are manufactured and the petitioner is the leader of manufacturer of country made liquor.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a lady. The informant alleged that she is leader of the manufacturer of country made liquor but house of the petitioner was raided and no country made liquor was found from possession

Considering the facts aforesaid and nature of allegations made against the petitioner and the fact that nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner, the petitioner above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in Kashichak P.S. Case No. 90 of 2016, Subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
