2. This is an application for regular bail on behalf of the petitioner for the offences alleged under Sections 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per prosecution case, co-accused Ranjit Kumar Mehta allured the informant to joint his construction company and as per allurement the informant joined that construction company. It is further alleged that co-accused Ranjit Kumar Mehta took a loan of Rs. 34,14,500/-, seven mobiles and motorcycle from the informant.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and has

Petitioner being the brother of the main accused namely, Ranjit Kumar Mehta, he has been implicated in the present case. Except suspicion, there is no cogent evidence has come against the petitioner to show his complicity. Petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 07.04.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer of bail.

6. Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case as well as petitioner has clean antecedent, let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Gaya in connection with Civil Line P.S. Case No. 248 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall co-operate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the Court.
