The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Dandari P.S.Case nO.51 of 2017 registered for offences punishable under Sections 467, 468, 471, 420(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is not named in the FIR and later on his name transpired during the investigation of the case. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has been falsely implicated in this case as he is a Panchayat Sevak.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail stating that 14 Panchayat Teachers were appointed on the forged certificate and the same has been certified by this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.20712 of 2018 (3) dt.27-06-2018 2/2 petitioner, as such he has been made accused in this case. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner, however, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order and make prayer for regular bail, which will be considered by the learned court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by the order of this Court, if possible on the same day.
