In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Bandhuwa Kuraba P.S. Case No. 36 of 2018 registered for offence punishable under sections 302, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made that the victim girl has been hanged in the tree. The name of these petitioners has transpired to be involved in that incident. Other two persons have been granted regular bail.

In such view of the matter, this application is dismissed with a liberty to the petitioners that if they surrender
