The petitioner has filed this writ petition for a direction to the respondents to get the amended rules of N.G.O. and Smriti Patra of Mahila Nav Bharat Jagriti Kendra Registered & incorporated, which was registered in the year 1994-1995. The petitioner submitted that the amended rules was passed Aam Sabha of the N.G.O. on 18.12.2014, but since then the Registrar I.G. Registration Department has not passed any order but the learned counsel for the State has filed counter affidavit and stated that the rival groups filed another amendment petition and the authority found the amendment petition was not in order, accordingly, rejected the amendment petition on 2.12.2015.
