Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been implicated in this case on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Moreover, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21632 of 2018(3) dt.04-06-2018 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chapra, Saran in connection with Chapra Town P.S. Case No. 80 of 2018 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
