This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Complaint Case No. 74 of 2019 for the offence under Sections 148, 323, 498-A, 464, 420, 315, 376/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

From the impugned order, it is clear that the petitioner has already been granted anticipatory bail with certain conditions. Now, the petitioner wants to modify one of the conditions imposed by the Court below while granting bail to him.

In the opinion of this Court, prayer for modification of the conditions of bail is maintainable before the Court which has granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and not before this Court.
