JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 21-06-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kochadhaman P.S. Case No. 200 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 363, 366-A, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is named in the first information report with specific allegation that he kidnapped the minor girl, whose statement was recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. in which she supported the allegation.

Therefore, considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, in my view, it is not a fit case for grant of privilege of anticipatory bail to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25793 of 2018 (3) dt.21-06-2018 2/2 petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
