JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 16-01-2018 This application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing the order dated 05.04.2014 passed by the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura in Complaint Case No.855 of 2013 by which a prima facie case under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act has been found and directed for issuance of summon against the petitioner.

After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present application in order to raise all
