2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 307, 354, 379, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The petitioners along with other co-accused is alleged to have assaulted the victim and injuries have been caused to him. All the injuries are lacerated wounds.
4. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners are innocent and they are in
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52036 of 2024(2) dt.07-08-2024 2/2 custody since 6.5.2024.
5. It has further been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that because of land dispute, this occurrence has taken place and there is a counter case also.
6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application of the petitioners for grant of bail.
7. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.
8. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga/concerned Court below in connection with Simri P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024.
