The petitioner, who is a lady and in custody since 29.6.2015 in connection with Khagaria P.S. Case No. 435 of 2015, G.R. No. 1670 of 2015 registered for the offence under Section 25(1-B)A and 26 of the Arms Act, has prayed for grant of bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was falsely implicated on an accusation of recovery of one country made pistol and one cartridge.
