JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 19-07-2017 At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that prayer for anticipatory bail of similarly situated co-accused has been rejected by this Court in Cr.Misc.No.10243 of 2017, vide order dated 21.3.2017.

Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the informant.

In view of facts as stated above, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is rejected. However, let petitioners surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
