Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Amarpur P.S. Case No.500 of 2019 registered under Section 366(A) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that the victim girl in her statement recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. (Annexure 2) has stated that Vikki Das and his mother had neither kidnapped her nor taken away by persuading her.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of their

No.4355 of 2021(2) dt.06-12-2021 2/2 arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Amarpur P.S. Case No.500 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
