1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, later Section 302 of the IPC was also added in connection with Nawada P. S. Case No.474 of 2024.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and the informant alleges that Arif was assaulting his son by a rod pulled from a Tota, on which the informant asked why he is assaulting his son when accused persons including the petitioner started assaulting by lathi, rod, bricks etc. On account of which named persons got injured.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case. It is

5. The learned APP for the State opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail-bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Nawada P. S. Case No.474 of 2024.
