JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 11-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is in jail custody since 6.10.2015 on the accusation that in his place, one another person had appeared in the written examination of constable recruitment. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Malehpur P.S.Case No. 37 of 2015.
