The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Mahua P.S. Case No.333 of 2021 instituted for the offences under Sections 328, 302, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has wrongly roped in the case. I have considered the submission.

Considering that in the F.I.R. the petitioner is named as one of the accused on whom there is doubt of murdering his step brother, custodial interrogation is required. Accordingly, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
