Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the grievance of the writ petitioner only pertains to payment of the amount pursuant to revision of pension and revision of gratuity which have already been revised and sanctioned vide Annexures E and F respectively of the counter affidavit of the State respondent. It is only required to send these sanctioned orders to the Central Bank of India, Pusa ( for short 'the Bank') from where the petitioner is drawing his pension. Learned counsel for the State, on the basis of instructions

Patna High Court CWJC No.4605 of 2016 dt.19-08-2017 2/2 received from the respondent - Treasury Officer states that the communication to the Bank has already been made vide letter bearing memo no. 460 dated 03.07.2009.

In view of the said statement made at Bar by the counsel for the respondents, the petitioner has prayed for disposal of the writ petition as having become infructuous. It is ordered accordingly. He further seeks liberty to file before the respondent- Bank a fresh application annexing therewith copies of the two sanctioned orders (Annexures E and F) for needful.
