They have jointly submitted before this Court that now the parties have entered into a settlement and they have filed a compromise petition in the court of learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chapra in Matrimonial Case No. 198 of 2019. It is submitted that in view of such settlement now the opposite party no. 2 is not opposing the present criminal revision application and the only direction which may be issued at this stage is that the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chapra or the In-charge of the said court should take up the
Patna High Court CR. REV. No.473 of 2018(4) dt.13-02-2020 2/2 compromise petition of the parties at the earliest and pass an appropriate order thereon in accordance with law. In the given facts and circumstances of the case, this revision application is being disposed off with an observation that the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Chapra or the Incharge Presiding Officer of the said court shall look into the compromise petition, considering the same and pass an appropriate order thereon within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order. Both the parties have undertaken to appear in the court below on 24th February, 2020.
