Petitioners are named in the first information report but no specific overt-act has been attributed against them. Moreover, it was co-accused, Rajesh Sah who gave fatal blow to deceased. Co-accused, Heera Sah, against whom there is allegation of instigation, has already been granted privilege of bail. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction
