Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016 registered under Sections- 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30A of Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Petitioner is a daily wage worker and has no concern with the alleged illicit liquor seized from the Banswari. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. No.9802 of 2017 (2) dt.10-03-2017 2/2 surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in connection with Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 173 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
