The petitioner seeks bail in Chakia P.S. Case No. 40 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 399, 402 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

It is alleged in the written report that two cartridges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner. Petitioner is in custody since 14.2.2019.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 13th Additional
