2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No. 592 of 2022, arising out of Tharthari P.S. Case No.163 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 447, 341, 323, 307, 379 & 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently, section 302 of the Indian Penal code has been added.

3. As per the F.I.R., the accused persons including the petitioner came with lathi and danda, abused and assaulted the informant, who subsequently died during the course of treatment.

4. Since the petitioner is the assailant of the deceased, I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of regular bail. This application is, accordingly, rejected.
