2. Learned counsel for the State has submitted that the land of the petitioner has been removed from the Rok Suchi.
3. The petitioner has submitted that he is under threat by the red card holders and he prays for protection of his life and property.

4. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to inform the Superintendent of Police, Purnia in advance as and when he visits Purnia and the Superintendent of Police, Purnia is directed to provide appropriate police protection to the petitioner in Purnia.
