Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Bairiya P.S. Case No. 247 of 2016 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the I.P.C.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is case and counter case between the parties. Petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case.

Learned Addl. P.P. appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that materials have come against the petitioners in the case diary. Injury report also supports the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8440 of 2017 (3) dt.27-03-2017 2/2 allegations.

Having considered the nature of allegations levelled against these petitioners and the rival submissions made on behalf of the parties, I do not feel inclined to grant the privilege of anticipatory bail to these petitioners. Their prayer for anticipatory bail is, therefore, rejected.
