Petitioner got his selection on the post of constable but subsequently, it came to light that one another person had appeared in place of petitioner in written examination. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as taking note of this fact that petitioner is in jail custody since 07.10.2010, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Rampur P.S.Case No. 246 of 2015.
