JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 09-02-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Begusarai Mahila P.S. Case No.47 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 498A and 313 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

It is alleged that informant was married with one Md.Amzad. It is further alleged that her husband with the other co-accused committed torture for non-fulfillment of demand of motorcycle. It is also alleged that her husband hit with leg on her stomach on account of which her three months child in her womb

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.3569 of 2017 (2) dt.09-02-2017 died.

It has been submitted that the petitioners are fatherin-law, mother-in-law and Bhaisur of the informant and there is no specific allegation of any overt act against them. In view of such, prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is allowed. In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Begusarai Mahila P.S. Case No.47 of 2016, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Begusarai, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
