Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, he was arrested and allegedly, the amount, in question as well as motorcycle, used in committing the alleged crime, were recovered from possession of the petitioner and the face and features of the petitioner was also found tallied with the photographs, appeared in CCTV camera.
