Petitioner is an accused in connection with Sessions Trial No. 369 of 2019 arising out of Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 708 of 2018 for the offence registered under Sections 365, 367/34 of the Indian Penal Code and later on Section 302, 201 & 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 09.07.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 30775 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 27.07.2018.

Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is no fresh ground to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.3934 of 2021(2) dt.10-02-2021 2/2 Having considered the entire facts and circumstances of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. It is, accordingly, rejected.
