Learned counsel for the petitioner is expected to honour his undertaking given in the instant case for depositing the requisite court fee and to remove the defects as pointed out by the office when called upon to do so by the office.

The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections341, 323, 337, 379, 384, 385, 504, 506, 34 of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2219 of 2021(3) dt.15-11-2021 2/3 the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that petitioner and others abused the informant and snatched away one lakh rupees. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that accusation against the petitioner is omnibus and general. Moreover, in the background of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered against the petitioner. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Shambhuganj P.S. Case No. 90 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under
