This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 419, 420, 467 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner was agent through whom a life insurance policy was purchased by Chandrama Singh. After the death of Chandrama Singh, the nominee claimed policy amount from the insurance company and it was detected that the death report of heart attach was a wrong report. In the circumstances the petitioner is also an accused in the case.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17182 of 2017 (2) dt.08-04-2017 2/2 connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 13 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, II, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
