2. The petitioner has moved the Court against the order dated 16.02.2016 passed in Maintenance Case No. 42 of 2015, by the Principal Judge, Family Court, Araria by which he has been directed to pay Rs. 2,000/- per month maintenance to the opposite party no. 2, who is the wife.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdrawn the application.
