Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 354(a), 354(b), 504, 506 I.P.C. and under Sections 25(1-b)a/26 of the Arms Act but chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 341, 323, 354(a), 354(d), 504, 506 I.P.C., Sections 25(1-B)a, 26 of Arms Act and Section 8 of POCSO Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of sexual harassment to the minor daughter of the informant by calling on mobile phone. The victim stated before the police that she was talking with the petitioner since last two months. When the parents came to know about this fact, they scolded to the petitioner but the talk continued and sometimes the petitioner used sexual colour words on mobile call.

No.29 of 2021(3) dt.15-04-2021 2/2 Considering the nature of material and completion of investigation, let the petitioner, above named, who is in jail since 03.04.2020, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Suryagarha Police Station Case No.65 of 2020 with following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

(c) The petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the trial Court.
