Petitioner seeks bail in Parsa P.S. Case No.99 of 2015 (S.Tr. No.67 of 2017) instituted for the offence under Section(s) 395 Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the First Information Report. No Test Identification Parade has been held. No incriminating article has been recovered from his possession. Name of the petitioner has come during investigation in the confessional statement of Raju Singh, who has already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court by order dated 12.07.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No.26331 of 2017.

Petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2019.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the ADJ, 10th, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Parsa P.S. Case No.99 of 2015 (S. Tr. No.67 of 2017), subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
