2. The present petition has been preferred for: "wilful and deliberate defiance of this Hon'ble Court's order dated 22.04.2025 passed in CWJC No. 5909 of 2025, passed by Hon'ble Mr.
Justice Rajiv Roy, whereby the case was disposed of."

Learned State counsel has straightaway taken this Court to the Annexure-P/4 to the petition to show that the Circle Officer, Patna Sadar, Patna has passed an order on 26.05.2025 accepting the report of the Amin and allowing the petitioner to approach the Deputy Collector Land Reforms, Patna if still aggrieved.
4. This Court is convinced that the order has been complied. However, since the time of thirty days granted on 26.05.2025 has lapsed, if the petitioner prefers any appeal against the said order before the concerned authority in next four weeks, the limitation shall be condoned and the matter shall be taken up on merit/disposed of as the petitioner was pursuing contempt petition.
5. It is expected from the DCLR, Patna to take note of the fact that the petitioner is a lady and if such petition is filed in next four weeks, he shall be taking the matter to its logical conclusion after noticing/hearing all the necessary parties preferably by 31st of December, 2025.
