The instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed by the petitioner apprehending his arrest in connection with Trial No. 1905 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Sections 376, 323, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier the application for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 07.07.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2737 of 2020 by a different co-ordinate Bench of this Court.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45469 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 No fresh ground is made out for reconsideration of the anticipatory bail application of the petitioner. Accordingly, this application is rejected. However, if the petitioner surrenders and prays for regular bail, the same may be considered by the court below on its own merit without being prejudiced by this order of rejection.
