Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 759 of 2016 registered under Sections 147,148,149,341,323,427,384,386,387,379 and 504 of the I.P.C.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the present due to land dispute. Earlier also an FIR has been instituted against them vide Annexure 2 to the supplementary affidavit i.e., Saharsa P.S. Case No. 683 of 2015 leveling same nature of allegation. Also there is no recovery of stolen articles from the possession of the

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No.759 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Arvind Srivastava, J) Prakash/- U T
