2. This application has been filed for grant of regular bail arising out of Taraiya P.S. Case No. 248 of 2022, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, the deceased was shot dead in her house. The petitioner and his father were present in the house. The allegation is also of demand of dowry. The petitioner being the husband who has shot the deceased does not deserve bail.

4. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.
