The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 389 of 2011 registered under Sections 323, 406 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are not named in the first information report and they have been implicated in this case falsely on suspicion. Petitioners are ladies having small children. In fact, petitioners have also been cheated by the co-accused persons. Petitioners are in no way concerned with the alleged occurrence. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent.

No.6414 of 2017 (3) dt.24-03-2017 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa (Sadar) P.S. Case No. 389 of 2011 subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
