2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief(s):

"(i) For issuance of direction/directions, order/orders or writ/writs particularly in the nature of certiorari for quashing the order dated 17.12.2024 passed in Bihar Land Dispute Redressal Case No. 23 of 2024-25 by the learned

Patna High Court CWJC No.12203 of 2025(2) dt.29-07-2025 2/3 Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Gopalganj Sadar, by which claim of the petitioner for inheritance of setlee (namely Mahadagar Dusadh) has been rejected and cancelled the Jamabandi created in the name of Mahadagar Dusadh (now died) bearing Jamabandi No. 337 for corresponding land pertaining to Khata No. 124, Survey No. 117 Area 64 Dismal and Khata No. 125, Khesra No.

410, Area 31 Dismal as contained in Government land Settlement order (Land Ceiling) dated 21.09.1993 under the Combine/ signature of Sub Divisional Officer, Gopalganj and Deputy Collector, Land Reforms, Gopalganj, Circle Officer, Kuchaikot, Circle Inspector and Halka Karamchari of the said Circle.

(ii) For issuance of direction or order or an appropriate writ to the private Respondents not disturb the peaceful possession of the petitioner which is coming for last more than three decades. (iii) For any other relief to which petitioner is found fit under the facts and circumstances of this case."

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he shall be approaching the respondent no. 2, the Collector, Gopalganj in four weeks.

4. If such petition is preferred in next four weeks, he shall be duty bound to hear all the parties and take the matter to its logical conclusion.

5. Any development that takes place in between, shall be subject to the order passed by the Collector, Gopalganj. (Rajiv Roy, J) Adnan/- U
