JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 18-05-2017 The petitioner is informant of Sasaram Nagar (Model) P. S. Case No. 900 of 2016. He has filed an application seeking transfer of the proceedings arising out of the said case from the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram to any Court of equivalent jurisdiction under Patna Judgeship.

There is vague allegation in the petition that the witnesses are being threatened. In my view, no case for transfer under Section 408 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is made out on the basis of what has been asserted in the application.

I do not find any merit in this application, which is

accordingly, dismissed.
