2. This is an application for modification of the order dated 19.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22219 of 2024 through which petitioner, above named, has already been granted bail.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner was granted bail vide order dated 19.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22219 of 2024, where petitioner's custody was wrongly typed in the petition and the impugned order shows that the date of custody of the petitioner is 17.10.2023 but from the photostat copy of lower court record as submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner, it appears that date of custody of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.50530 of 2024(2) dt.19-07-2024 2/2 petitioner is 30.10.2023, and the petitioner was remanded in this case on 17.10.2023. The learned counsel further submits that the name of the petitioner is Suraj Chubey @ Suraj Chaubey @ Suraj Dubey @ Tripuresh Chubey @ Chhapa and the police station stated in the address of the petitioner is Madanpur.

4. The modification as prayed by learned counsel for the petitioner is hereby allowed and the same shall be read accordingly on the basis of prayer made in the modification petition.
