The petitioner has filed this civil miscellaneous petition against the order, dated 04.05.2016, passed by the learned Munsif, Patna City, Patna, in Title Suit No. 25 of 2005 by which the learned Munsif dismissed the petition of the petitionerdefendant to allow him to mark exhibit of the relevant documents kept in a box.
From perusal of order, impugned, it appears that the petitioner-defendant firstly filed a petition for allowing him to bring some documents on records on evidence, but, the same was rejected on 18.08.2010. He, again, filed the second petition for the same prayer, but, the same was again dismissed on 08.06.2015. The petitioner, again, filed the third petition with same prayer, which was dismissed on 04.09.2016. The petitioner did not ever move against the order, dated 18.08.2010, or against the order, dated 08.06.2015. Therefore, I do not find any jurisdictional error
Patna High Court C.Misc. No.922 of 2016 (4) dt.05-12-2017 2/2 in the impugned order.
Accordingly, this civil miscellaneous petition is dismissed as devoid of any merit.
