Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B,201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is husband of the victim of dowry death. Petitioner is in custody since 24.03.2018. The report of the learned Trial Judge would reveal that three prosecution witnesses have already been examined including the informant of this case and mother of the victim. Informant is brother of the victim. Both the witnesses have turned hostile as they have not supported the allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same.

No.44001 of 2019(3) dt.16-10-2019 2/2 In the circumstance, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Banmankhi Police Station Case No.41 of 2018, subject to the condition that both bailors shall be resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
